CHRISTMAS COOKIE'S

                    HEY WHAT'S CHRISTMAS WITH OUT COOKIE'S !!


RECIPE
3 CUPS FLOUR
250G SOFT BUTTER
1 CUP SUGAR
1/2 CUP MILK
1TSP BI CARB SODA
BOIL SUGAR,AND MILK THEN REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADD BI CARB SODA, LEAVE TO COOL, WHILE YOU RUB BUTTER IN TO FLOUR THEN ADD ENOUGH SYRUP TO MAKE A FIRM MOIST DOUGH ROLL OUT ON CLEAN SURFACE AND CUT OUT SHAPES ...BAKE AT 190C UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWN :-) SUCH A GOOD DOUGH SIMPLE AND EASY NO NEED TO REFRIGERATE OR ROLL OUT IN BETWEEN BAKING PAPER IT'S AWESOME!!

  2. Hi Heidi...I loved it when my granddaughter was little...she would come and stay with us a couple of days near christmas and we would make cookies.
    Have you ever painted the tops with a mixture of 1 egg yolk..and 2 teaspoon of water mixed well..then add food coloring for the colors you like and brush on the cookies before baking the kids loved doing that!!
