since I'd been a bit slack the last couple of weeks with being unwell and sick kids etc .. I'm finally back on track .. iv managed to get some little egg and bacon pies done to put in the freezer they make a nice change for the kids lunch boxes , a couple of fruit bread to freeze , apple crumble , and a big batch of biscuits ...dang there goes my diet lol I'll have to try and be good ;-) now I'm thinking of doing a couple of batches of crumpets to freeze for those busy week day mornings then I'm out of the kitchen I'm wanting to get out in the fresh air on this beautiful spring day ..hope you guys are enjoying your Sunday :-)
