fun at the park !

my younger children love going to the park (the teens have out grown it well coming with us anyhow friends are different lol  ) we go fairly often even if its for a quick 10 minutes my 3 year old is quite happy with that,, for then it's home to spend hours and i mean hours on the trampoline she loves it she is a real out doors child ,and i think the fresh air does them the world of good ,no sitting in front of computers or game consoles i never encouraged that with the older children either .

I'm sure i have dozens of photos of her on the swings but they are good memories to have ... until next time take care ;-)
